Bloom Boutique Connaught Place Area

Clean, very good breakfast options, cold options laid out as buffet. Hot breakfast options ordered individually (although one morning it took a long time bec they forgot…)

Location and proximity to other restaurants wasn’t great. Roads leading to nearest restaurants were dark so challenging to walk. There was a men’s field hockey team staying on the same floor, they were quiet but the hotel allowed them to put all their stinky footwear in the hall. This was first floor so front desk could fully see!

Big rooms...good wifi...great location...

Train noises during sometimes of the day.

Location and staff were excellent

The room did not smell fresh. The drainage in the shower was poor.

The building is new, the girl working at the desk was very nice and welcoming.

Overall clean, but not meticulously. The guy they recommended us to exchange our money was kind of a scam.

The location is very convenient—within walking distance to the metro station, restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant.

The only minor issue was that the walls seemed a bit thin, so we could hear people walking in the hallway.

I love the property very simple, the room is clean and wifi is strong, location is perfect, near to pearson vue testing center,5-10mins walk away.receptionists are cooperative and very helpful, also the guard.Satisfied guest here! From:philippines.

Toilet:bowl and sink should properly clean, there should no stained.let your cleaner scrub the bowl and sink,so it would be shiny.Water source are excellent

Great check in, room comfortable but tired.Shower not so clean.

The Indian breakfast was excellent. The sandwiches and egg dishes were also delicious. The staff were all cheerful and helpful.Bottles of drinking water were available which was very helpful.

A hair dryer in the room would be helpful (Need to borrow it every time).

Picked this hotel for location mostly. You can walk to Connaught circle where all the shops and restaurants are in 5-10 minutes. It felt more like a student dorm than a boutique hotel. It was “India clean” but definitely not up to western standards. I think $80 a night is too expensive considering that room was not spotless. It should really be $30 a night at top.

breakfast was okay coffee machine broken not good choice

staff reception awful

checked in as i had two booking i told the staff i dont want to change the room continue our second booking in same room . he sais no problem Siras we were out he demanded come back and vacate the room we wernt happy as i have to pay travel cost and time roomw wasnt clean nest day they just made the bed bathroom and floor weas dirty iwont come to this place again

cleaniless

The complimentary snacks and drinks very helpful as no food store nearby

Difference in price from booking.com and when payment need to be done at the hotel

We, two women, were lucky to start our trip at this hotel because its cleanliness and overall aspect made for a good introduction. Our twin room was comfortable, the shower good, breakfast delicious. Its location close to Connaught place allowed us to walk there and we felt safe enough to walk to stores down the street in the dark. The staff at reception and restaurant were also very kind.

The price was higher than others but maybe worth while.

Nice hotel, worthy for the cost due to it was clean, well located and had a good breakfast.

It does not have a fridge in the room

In a great location on a quiet street walking distance from Connaught place. Rooms were very large and the front desk offered free water and snacks. Breakfast was pretty good too

Beds were quite hard, furniture and bathroom were looking a little worse for wear (some scratches here and there, bathroom was not super clean)

The locationClean bedClean toilets

No parking space

The staff are very accommodating, the location is nice and quiet. The room is clean and decent. There is always free bottled water. Overall satisfied

The first time we arrived there was no shower curtain that's why the water was splashing all over the bathroom. we informed the staff and they addressed the issue, Since then everything went well.

Very good staff, clean room and very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend and will return and stay here again.

- Good location, walking distance to Connaught Place and well connected by metro or can get tuktuk easily to most places of interest.- Good breakfast selection- Free snacks and drinks at reception

- Room didn't have a proper window - window we had looked into a kitchen of some kind- Facilities and room very basic for what you pay (guess you're mostly paying for location, but it's still 15 min walk to CP)

Functional Breakfat

They gave a twin bed. had asked for single bed
